Salmon Steaks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 salmon steaks (3/4-inch thick)
1/2 tsp. oregano
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. olive oil
3/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Mix
all
ingredients
together,
except
salmon.
Then marinate the fish for 1 hour.
Bake the fish in the sauce in a 12-inch Dutch oven for 30 minutes.
