Sydney'S Favorite Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
10 tart apples, pared, cored, peeled and sliced (Granny Smith are great!)
1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients; stir into apples.
Turn into pastry shell.
Combine remaining flour and sugar and cut into butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle over apples.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until done.
If the pie browns too quickly, cover the edges with foil.
