Pizzaburgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (8) hamburger buns
2 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 small can tomato paste
1 large can tomato sauce
2 (12 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation

Brown ground beef in skillet.
Drain grease.
Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, basil and oregano.
(Can add more oregano and basil to taste.)
Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Take bottoms of buns and place on cookie sheet and tops of buns, upside down on cookie sheet. (All white parts of buns facing up.)
Spread beef mixture over top of the buns.
Then sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and either bake or broil until cheese is melted, approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
