Rice Pilau - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can pineapple chunks
    1/4 c. raisins
    8 green onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. coriander
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 c. rice (uncooked)
    2 Tbsp. chicken base
    5 c. water
Preparation
    Fry pineapple (drained) and raisins in 3 tablespoons margarine until lightly browned.
    In another pan, fry onions in remaining margarine until soft; stir in coriander and pepper and fry for 2 minutes.
    Add rice and pineapple, then add base and water; cook, stirring occasionally, until rice is soft.
    Add more water if needed.
