Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, room temperature
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add milk.
    Mix.
    Add flour and salt.
    Pour into greased muffin tins.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Do not open oven.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
