Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and cubed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. fresh chopped parsley
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    8 oz. sour cream
    4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine potatoes, onion and parsley.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes.
    Mix well. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
