Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cut up zucchini, steamed and drained really good (slices or cubes)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. grated carrots
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix soup, sour cream, carrots and cheese.
    Mix together and put in a casserole dish.
    Top with a box of croutons.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly.
