Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground round steak
    2 pork steaks
    1 medium, cooked, cold potato
    1 large onion
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. tomatoes (optional)
    1 crumbled Holland Rusk, soaked in 1/2 c. cereal cream
Preparation
    Grind steaks, potato and onion together.
    Mix in remaining ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly; shape into small balls and fry in 2 tablespoons of shortening.
    Do not fry hard.
