Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1/4 c. diced onion
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. mustard
2 c. sauerkraut, drained and cut up fine
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
Preparation

Crumble up sausage in skillet.
Add onion and brown.
Drain. Add remaining ingredients and mix together well.
Refrigerate overnight.
