Lizzie'S Snowball Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 3/4 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream margarine or butter until light and fluffy.
    Beat in the milk a little at a time.
    Add vanilla.
    Sift flour with salt and sugar.
    Add a little at a time to the creamed mixture.
    Add pecans and mix well.
    Roll dough (about 1 teaspoon for each cookie) between palm of hands.
    Place on floured cookie sheet and bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
    Roll cookies in confectioners sugar while still warm.
    Yields 4 or 5 dozen small cookies.
