Chicken Parisienne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
3 Tbsp. oleo
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. water
1 pkg. chicken bouillon
1/4 c. dry white wine
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. thyme leaves
Preparation

(Use no substitutes.)
In bag combine flour, paprika and pepper.
Add chicken; shake to coat.
In skillet brown chicken in butter; remove.
In same skillet cook mushrooms.
Add remaining ingredients; simmer 3 minutes.
Add chicken; simmer covered 25 to 30 minutes or until tender.
You may have to add water occasionally as sauce cooks down quickly.
Serve with rice.
