Roast Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. rosemary, crushed
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes; cut into cubes.
    In plastic bag, add remaining ingredients; refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour. Turn every 15 minutes.
