Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add beaten egg, oil and sugar. Gradually add flour; mix well after each addition.
    These are ideal baked in muffin tins, filling the tins about half full (spoon in tins).
    Bake at 375\u00b0 about 25 to 30 minutes.
    Use what dough is needed, it will keep several days in the refrigerator in a covered bowl.
