Lemon Dill Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. dill weed
1 lb. fish fillet (cod, flounder or catfish)
Preparation

Stir salad dressing, juice, peel and dill until blended. Place fish on greased grill or rack or broiler pan.
Brush with half of sauce.
Grill or broil for 5 to 8 minutes; turn and brush with remaining sauce.
Continue grilling or broiling for 5 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Makes 4 servings. Preparation time: 5 minutes.
Cooking time: 16 minutes.
