Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large potatoes (waxy type rather than mealy ones)
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 clove garlic, mashed
2 green onions
1 small can pimientos, drained
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 doz. large ripe olives, cut up
salt and pepper
pinch of dry mustard
dash of cayenne or Tabasco
4 or 5 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation

Boil potatoes in salted water with skins on.
Do not overcook. Peel and cut up quickly while hot.
Marinate with the oil and vinegar in which the mashed garlic has been soaking.
