No-Bake Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. fine graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (1 1/3 c.)
1 egg
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 c. lemon juice
trim (optional)
Preparation

Make Crust:
Combine crumbs, sugar and melted butter.
Press into buttered 8-inch pie plate. Chill until firm, about 45 minutes.
