Pagache(Slavic Pizza) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box hot roll mix
    1 medium white baking potato
    1 stick butter or margarine, melted
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Peel, cube and boil potato in 1 cup water and a sprinkle of salt.
    When tender, drain (saving liquid).
    Add enough water to make the 1 cup of water called for in box directions.
    Add ingredients called for on package.
    After kneading the dough, let it rest 5 minutes.
    Roll into a rectangle.
    Add garlic powder to melted margarine and brush half of it on the dough.
    Mash the potato and pat over the dough.
    Sprinkle on the cheese.
