All-Purpose Crepe Batter 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted butter or oil
Preparation
    Mixer or Whisk Method:
    Combine eggs and salt.
    Gradually add flour alternately with milk, beating with mixer or whisk.
    Beat in butter or oil.
