Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. washed rice
1 egg
1/2 c. minced onion
6 peppers
1 small can tomato paste
salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
Preparation

Mix well together and add to cleaned pepper shells.
Place in a shallow baking pan.
Add 1/4 cup water and pour catsup over the peppers and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
