Fudge Topped Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine or butter, melted
    1 c. unsifted flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. nuts, chopped (your choice)
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
    2 eggs
    3 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine margarine, sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, eggs, milk and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Stir in nuts.
    Spread in greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Bake 40 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan.
    Just before brownies are done, in heavy saucepan, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk and remaining vanilla.
    Immediately spread over hot brownies.
    Cool.
    Chill.
    Cut into bars.
    Makes 36 to 40 brownies.
