Morning Glory Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained or 1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
    1 doz. eggs, soft scrambled in 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. sour cream
    4 oz. each sharp or mild Cheddar and either Mozzarella, Monterey Jack or Swiss cheese, grated
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Stir sour cream into eggs, then pour into prepared dish.
    Sprinkle sausage or bacon over eggs, then cheeses.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight, if desired. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 until heated through and bubbly and cheeses are melted, about 30 to 45 minutes.
    Serve with salsa, garlic cheese grits, angel biscuits and fresh fruit.
