Crab Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
3 hard-boiled eggs
1 c. chopped celery
salt and pepper to taste
1 chopped medium onion
1/4 c. pickle relish
mayonnaise
Preparation
-
Pick over crab meat for shells.
Toss all ingredients thoroughly with enough mayonnaise to make mixture of a potato salad consistency.
Chill until ready to serve.
