Peanut Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

1/3 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (29 oz.) can peach slices
1/2 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
In saucepan, combine peanut butter, brown sugar, butter or margarine and lemon juice.
Heat and stir until smooth.
Add undrained peaches, cutting up any large pieces. Immediately turn hot peach mixture into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Top with cookie dough pieces.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with ice cream.
Makes 9 servings.
