Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Minute rice
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    uncooked chicken pieces
    1 c. cooking sherry (optional)
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
    paprika
Preparation
    Mix first
    4 ingredients together.
    Pour into casserole with tight fitting
    cover or cover with foil.
    Arrange chicken pieces on top of rice.
    Pour sherry over chicken (if sherry is omitted, replace with
    1 cup milk, water or chicken bouillon). Top with dry onion soup\tand paprika.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
