Dijon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken breasts
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. Dijon mustard
    1 c. bread crumbs (to coat chicken)
    1 c. white wine
    1 c. heavy cream or half and half
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In frying pan, lightly brown chicken in oil.
    Take out; put to the side.
    Cover chicken with some of the mustard; coat with bread crumbs.
