Corn Pudding Or Blender Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 cans corn (whole grain), drained
    1/2 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. sugar (less, if desired)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1/8 tsp. pepper (optional)
    1 tsp. vanilla (optional)
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt butter in scalded milk.
    Add flour, salt, sugar, vanilla and pepper to beaten eggs.
    Add this to milk and add corn.
    Mix well.
