Diet Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
15 oz. can crushed pineapple in its own juice
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
2 c. cottage cheese
8 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
2 tsp. vanilla
frozen blueberries for topping
Preparation

Drain pineapple juice and put in a bowl.
Mix with gelatin and set aside.
In blender, put eggs, pineapple, cottage cheese, Sweet 'N Low and vanilla.
Blend well.
Add juice mixture.
Will be like pancake batter.
Spray pan with Pam.
Pour batter into pan.
When done, place frozen blueberries on top.
