Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut flakes
1 c. pecans
1 box German chocolate cake mix
3 c. powdered sugar
1 cube butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese
Preparation

Layer coconut flakes and pecans in the bottom of 9 x 13-inch well-greased pan.
Mix cake mix as directed on box and pour over nuts and coconut.
Mix together powdered sugar, butter and cream cheese.
With tablespoon, spoon over cake mixture.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
