Dieter'S Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. nonfat buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients and stir well.
    Add beaten egg and buttermilk; stir until smooth.
    Pour batter into a 9-inch pan coated with cooking spray.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 9 servings; 120 calories per serving.
