Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1 diced onion
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. water
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 c. cooked potatoes, cubed
Preparation
    Fry bacon and crumble when cool.
    Fry onion in bacon fat.
    Add vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Heat to boiling.
    Add potatoes and simmer until needed.
