Ingredients

10 cubes beef broth
8 medium onions
1 stick butter
Preparation

Place water and beef cubes in a pan; stir and bring to a boil. Saute in a pan the onions and butter for 1/2 hour, then pour into water and beef cube pan.
Serve in onion soup bowls.
Top with croutons and Mozzarella cheese.
Place in oven on broil until cheese is brown.
