Hot Beef Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sirloin tip roast (3 lb.)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup
Preparation
    Place all of the above in a crock-pot.
    Cook on low for 24 hours.
    I remove the roast from the pot after 12 hours or more and cut or pull the beef apart, then return it to the pot and allow to simmer for a few more hours.
    This makes wonderful sandwiches.
