Barbecued Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. brisket
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    5 oz. soy sauce
    1 can beef consomme
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    8 oz. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Mix liquid smoke, soy sauce, consomme, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and barbecue sauce. Cover brisket with this mixture and marinate overnight. Bake in same liquid, covered, basting occasionally, in preheated 225\u00b0 oven 6 to 8 hours.
