Stuffed Vienna Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf unsliced Italian bread
    1 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms, chopped
    3 green onions, thinly sliced (stems included)
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Score bread by slicing lengthwise to within 1/2-inch from bottom in 1-inch sections.
    Turn and do the same in the other direction.
    Stuff bread sections with cheese and mushrooms. Sprinkle onions, poppy seed and seasoned salt over top.
    Melt butter; add lemon juice and dry mustard.
    Stir to dissolve. Gently spoon butter mixture over bread.
    Wrap in foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
    To serve, fold foil back.
    Guests help themselves by pulling pieces off with a fork.
