Savory Spinach Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. minced onion
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained (10 oz. each)
2 c. cooked rice
2 c. shredded process American cheese
Preparation

Beat eggs; add milk, butter, onion, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, thyme and nutmeg and mix well.
Combine spinach, rice and cheese.
Add egg mixture and mix well.
Pour into a greased shallow pan, 2-quart size.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes. Cut in squares for serving.
Makes about 8 servings.
