Oat Bran Date Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oat bran
    1 c. chopped dates
    1/3 c. nonfat powdered milk
    1/2 c. molasses
    3/4 c. hot water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. egg substitute
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. whole-wheat flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground cardamom
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix oat bran, dates, dry milk, molasses, hot water, butter and egg substitute in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool completely before slicing.
