Black Bean Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. rinsed, drained canned black beans
1 small garlic clove, chopped
1 c. prepared thick and chunky mild salsa
Preparation

In food processor, combine beans and garlic and process, using on-off motion, until smooth (do not puree). Transfer to bowl and stir in salsa.
May also use a blender.
