Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 oz. box Raisin Bran
3 c. sugar
5 c. flour
5 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
1 c. melted margarine
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix all the dry ingredients in a very large bowl.
Add margarine, eggs and buttermilk.
Mix well.
Pour in greased muffin pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
This mix can be kept in tight container in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
