Chili Con Carne Y Frijoles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pinto beans
    1 onion, sliced
    1/4 lb. salt pork
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can red chili sauce
    1 can tomato sauce
    salt, pepper and chili powder to taste
Preparation
    Soak beans in bowl overnight; drain.
    Place beans, onion, and salt pork in large saucepan with water to cover.
    Simmer, covered for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until beans are tender, stirring occasionally.
