Party Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. powdered sugar
    3 oz. pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1/2 tsp. peppermint flavoring
    food coloring (approximately 2 drops)
Preparation
    In an electric mixer, cream the cream cheese.
    Blend in powdered sugar, a little at a time, to make a stiff dough. Continue to knead dough by hand.
    Pinch off enough dough to fill mold.
    Roll in granulated sugar and press firmly into mold.
    Pop out of mold.
    Makes approximately 75 mints.
