Quick Walnut Penuche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 3/4 to 2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

In saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat.
Stir in brown sugar.
Cook and stir over low heat for 2 minutes.
Add milk; bring to boiling.
Cool to room temperature.
Beat in powdered sugar until like fudge.
Stir in walnuts.
