Sunshine Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head romaine lettuce
1 head Boston lettuce
1/4 c. dried tomatoes
1 yellow bell pepper
1 c. croutons
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Preparation

Wash and rinse lettuce.
Tear into bite size pieces.
Chop and dice the bell pepper after removing seeds.
Add dried tomatoes. In separate bowl, combine oil and vinegar, then mustard.
Add black pepper.
Toss salad with dressing and add croutons.
