Man'S Favorite Cake With Cream Cheese Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. oil
1 (4 oz.) can shredded coconut
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Blend with an electric mixer at low speed until ingredients are blended.
Turn mixer up to medium and continue mixing until smooth, scraping the sides of the bowl.
Pour into three greased and floured 9-inch round pans.
Bake 35 minutes in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
Ice with Cream Cheese Icing.
