Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 roll turkey ground meat (1 lb.)
1 1/2 c. raw rice
3/4 head cabbage, chopped
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 large onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 c. water
Preparation

In skillet, saute meat and onions.
Add salt and pepper. Brown.
Put Pam in large casserole dish.
Lay cabbage, then meat and pour tomatoes evenly over ingredients.
Spread rice over this and add water evenly over all.
Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
Can use 1/2 head cabbage, if desired.
