Shrimp Bruschetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. (about 1 c.) diced and cooked shrimp
    1 c. shredded nonfat or reduced fat Mozzarella cheese
    3/4 c. chopped plum tomatoes (about 2 1/2 medium)
    3/4 c. chopped fresh spinach
    1/4 c. chopped scallions
    1 tsp. crushed fresh garlic
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1 long, thin loaf French bread (about 24 x 2 x 1-inch)
Preparation
    Combine the shrimp, cheese, tomatoes, spinach, scallions, garlic and oregano in a medium-sized bowl and stir to mix well. Set aside.
