Fresh Spinach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 bags or bunches fresh uncooked spinach
1 container fresh whole mushrooms
1 bunch green onions
4 hard-boiled eggs
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp
Italian dressing
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Wash spinach in cold water and remove stem ends.
Slice mushrooms and eggs.
Chop green onions, including tops.
Crumble bacon into small pieces.
Toss together and cover with Parmesan cheese.
Before serving, add Italian dressing for light coating. Serve chilled.
