Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped hot peppers (seed too)
    1 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper (seed too)
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. white vinegar
    green or red food coloring
    1 bottle Certo
Preparation
    Mix together hot pepper,
    bell pepper (seeds too), sugar and white vinegar. Bring to slow boil and boil for 10 minutes. Add food coloring and Certo. Boil for 5 additional minutes. Strain mixture to remove seeds. Pour into hot jars and seal.
