Ingredients

2 c. hot mashed potatoes
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and beat well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls into deep, hot fat (390\u00b0).
Fry until golden brown.
Serve hot.
