Hamburger Fluffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    2 slices bread
    1/2 large onion, minced
    pinch of marjoram and 1 of thyme
    1 c. Pet milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Cover bowl. Let stand in refrigerator for a few hours. Form into balls and brown in cooking oil.
    Do not overcrowd. The secret of the fluffy texture is in waiting.
