Creamy Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. margarine
2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, cubed
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
dash of pepper
Preparation

In a 2 quart saucepan cook onions in margarine until tender. Add milk and cream cheese.
Stir over medium heat until cream cheese is melted.
Add the remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
Makes 5 one cup servings.
